Job summary

CAGE Engineering, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Land Development to lead cross-functional teams through design, permitting, and construction support. You will manage production documents, client relations, and project finances while driving efficiency and staff development.

Applicants should have a BS in Engineering, 7+ years of experience, and strong communication skills. PE preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering from an accredited university.
• 7+ years of professional experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred, but not required.
• Demonstrated track record of success as a project engineer with a strong technical background.

Responsibilities

• Lead all team activities including production documents, client management, internal team management and project financials.
• Increase overall team effectiveness by staff development and aligning strengths with project needs.
• Negotiate contracts and clearly define project scope within proposals.
• Make critical decisions to ensure projects maintain schedule and scope.
• Foster strong internal relationships and cultivate a substantial client network.
