Job summary

Atwell, LLC is seeking a Project Manager for its Civil Engineering group to lead land development projects in Delaware. You will manage site civil efforts from initiation to delivery, mentor junior staff, and build strong client relationships.

Responsibilities include planning and design using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision, overseeing budgets, and pursuing new business opportunities to help the firm grow.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer in Delaware.
• Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision technologies.
• Experience managing commercial and residential land development projects.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability in business development.
• Leadership capabilities with mentoring junior staff.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site civil projects from initiation to completion.
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision for design and analysis.
• Build and maintain client relationships and ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for firm growth.
• Oversee project financials including billing and budgeting.
• Provide mentorship to junior staff and foster collaboration.
