Job summary

LJA Land Development seeks a Group Manager to coordinate and direct major engineering projects and multiple smaller, complex initiatives. This role focuses on leading entitlement activities, client interaction, and strategic development within the Raleigh market.

Required are a Civil Engineering degree and a Licensed Professional Engineer. You will mentor teams, drive process improvements, and ensure successful project delivery for a broad client base.

Qualifications

• Land development experience in the local market.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead land development due diligence and entitlement activities for large master planned communities.
• Be a Brand Ambassador for the Company to grow and develop the LJA Land Development presence in the market.
• Meeting with existing and potential clients in the development community for business development purposes.
• Attend functions outside of normal business hours to represent LJA at various events, seminars, and workshops.
• Provide technical advice and serve as the subject matter expert.
• Provide expertise in collaborative delivery methodologies to internal and external clients.
• Create, maintain, and improve internal processes for delivering projects.
