Qualifications

• 5+ years of laboratory and/or quality experience.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment and testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to document results and activities.
• Ability to follow established procedures and testing methods.
• Ability to work independently and self-direct daily work and processes.
• Onsite laboratory experience.
• Ability to start early shift (5:00 AM–8:00 AM).

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing using various equipment.
• Prepare, handle, and test samples according to procedures.
• Record test results accurately and maintain documentation.
• Analyze data and identify discrepancies.
• Support quality-related testing and activities.
• Work with viscometers, softening point equipment, or similar instruments.
• Enter formulas and lab information into SAP.
• Follow procedures, safety, and documentation practices.
• Maintain records of testing activities and results.
• Troubleshoot or report equipment/testing issues.
• Manage daily activities with limited supervision.
• Communicate results clearly to team members.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail.
