• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive project management experience overseeing lab/research facilities.
• Biotech/medtech or laboratory construction experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, MS Project and MS Visio.

Responsabilidades

• Lead relocation and tenant-improvement projects for lab, research, and office environments.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across facilities management, project delivery, design, construction, and specialized consultants.
• Establish governance, KPIs, schedules, budgets, risk, and move readiness; provide executive status reporting.
