KAISER in Tucker, Georgia seeks a Manager, Quality and Compliance to lead QA programs, ensure regulatory alignment, and guide inspections across lab locations. You will develop QA policies, train staff, and drive continuous improvement initiatives region-wide.

The role requires oversight of quality management systems, proficiency testing coordination, and collaboration with multiple teams to maintain high standards of laboratory performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in quality control, quality assurance, and clinical laboratory regulatory compliance.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role in a healthcare related field.
• Bachelor degree in medical lab science or equivalent, or health care related field plus 6+ years in medical/clinical lab areas OR 9+ years in the field.
