Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology or related science required.
• New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist License required.
• Minimum of 4 years of clinical laboratory experience or 2 years with Master’s degree or 1 year with MD/DO/PhD in chemical, physical or biological science.

This position will perform testing and help oversee operations between the Blood Bank, Chemistry and Hematology, and Microbiology departments at night. Lead the flow process of the Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank and Microbiology departments. This includes running Quality Control, calibration of instruments and performing patient testing within the department that includes not only automated but several manual tests as well. Work to help resolve patient testing issues, as well as help oversee instrument troubleshooting issues.
