NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital is seeking a Laboratory Technologist for Central Labs on the Day shift, with rotating weekends and holidays, at NYP Westchester in Bronxville. The role involves performing routine and complex tests across multiple areas and ensuring quality control per policy.

Minimum requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or health science, NYS CLT license, and 2–3 years experience.

• New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist license from the New York State Education Department.
• ASCP certification preferred.
• Two–Three years of experience preferred.

• Conduct routine and complex tests on clinical specimens in various areas of the laboratory, including blood bank, hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, chemistry and microbiology.
• Perform quality control procedures as dictated by policy and document results; follow up on out of range results.

Conduct routine and complex tests on clinical specimens in various areas of the laboratory at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, including blood bank, hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, chemistry and microbiology. Performs quality control procedures for all tests as dictated by policy and documents all results; follows-up on out of range results.

This is a Full-Time position covering the Day Shifts; including rotating weekends and holidays. Position is located at NYP Westchester in Bronxville; right across from the Metro North Station.

Competitive sign-on bonus up to $10K :

• New graduates eligible
• Experiential bonus commensurate with experience

Preferred Criteria

• ASCP certification
• Two – Three year experience

$51.51-$61.92/Hourly
