Job summary

Lead Laboratory Assistant position at Bryn Mawr Hospital within Main Line Health, overseeing specimen processing across clinical and anatomic areas. You will guide Laboratory Assistants and enforce lab policies, procedures, and practices, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

We offer tuition reimbursement up to $6,000/year, generous PTO, and a FT schedule (9am-5:30pm, weekend/holiday on-call). This role supports community health and professional growth within a respected health system.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in an anatomic or clinical laboratory.
• Working knowledge of medical information systems and moderate knowledge of medical terminology.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Laboratory Assistants and guide lab policies, procedures and practices.
• Process and handle specimens for testing across clinical and anatomic areas.
• Support ongoing education and professional development for team members.
