Job summary

Circle is seeking a Lead KYC Utility Analyst to join its Compliance Operations team and oversee end-to-end KYC lifecycle including onboarding, periodic reviews, and offboarding for diverse customers.

You will partner with internal stakeholders, conduct enhanced due diligence, monitor activity, and drive standardization of workflows across regions while staying current with evolving crypto regulations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in AML/KYC reviews for corporates.
• 2+ years crypto, onboarding with due diligence.
• Strong investigative and data synthesis capabilities.
• Ability to work remotely across US, Europe, APAC.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end KYC lifecycle processes including onboarding and offboarding.
• Conduct complex reviews and enhanced due diligence.
• Monitor and test samples of customer files for risk.
• Collaborate with business teams and control functions.
• Document findings with narratives and recommendations.
• Drive standardization of KYC workflows across regions.
