Job summary

Circle is seeking a Lead KYC Utility Analyst to join our Compliance Operations team. You will conduct complex reviews, manage onboarding, periodic and event-driven reviews, and offboarding, ensuring strong regulatory compliance across regions.

You will drive standardized KYC workflows, support tech teams on system requirements, and monitor metrics to improve efficiency. A background in AML/KYC and crypto is required, with remote work across the US, Europe, and APAC supported.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of AML/KYC reviews for corporates.
• 2+ years in crypto, preferably in onboarding with due diligence.
• BA/BS degree; CAMS/CFCS/CFE is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end KYC lifecycle processes including onboarding, reviews, and offboarding.
• Perform enhanced due diligence on complex customers and monitor ongoing activity.
• Collaborate with business teams to ensure regulatory expectations are met and improve workflows.
