Job summary

Circle is seeking a Lead KYC Utility Analyst to join its Compliance Operations team. You will conduct complex reviews and end-to-end KYC lifecycle processes, including onboarding, periodic reviews, event-driven reviews, and offboarding.

You’ll work at the intersection of innovative products and customers to ensure safety of Circle’s platform through investigations and monitoring. The role requires 7+ years in AML/KYC for corporates, 2+ years in crypto onboarding, and strong investigative

Qualifications

• 7+ years of AML/KYC reviews for corporates
• 2+ years in crypto onboarding due diligence
• BA/BS degree; CAMS, CFCS or CFE is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex reviews and projects in Circle’s KYC team
• Oversee end-to-end KYC lifecycle: onboarding, reviews, offboarding
• Prepare detailed reports with findings, narratives and recommendations
• Monitor ongoing customer risk and enhance due diligence
• Collaborate with business teams and control functions to ensure regulatory compliance
• Identify onboarding risks and decide on customer actions
