Landed is seeking a Kitchen Specialist (Kitchen Lead) to oversee line and prep duties in a fast-paced kitchen. You will lead from the front or back of line, ensure quality, train staff, and support management with closing tasks and inventory.

The role requires energy, strong organization, and ability to handle high-pressure situations. Responsibilities include directing team members, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with front and back of house.

Responsibilities

• Ensure closing tasks are completed and provide coaching as needed.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and report safety issues.
• Facilitate communication between front of house and back of house.
• Assist management with par levels and supplier ordering.
