Job summary

Carrabba's Italian Grill, LLC is seeking a Restaurant Kitchen Manager to lead back-of-house operations, uphold recipe standards, and drive guest satisfaction at our Baltimore-area location. You will supervise kitchen staff, manage inventories, ensure safety and sanitation, and deliver consistently high-quality dishes.

This role requires a minimum of 3 years in restaurant management, flexibility with scheduling, and the ability to work in a fast-paced casual environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience in Full-Service Casual Dining or Casual Plus environment.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Ability to relocate (a plus).
• Bilingual (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Directing and supervising prep staff and maintaining food quality.
• Hiring and training back-of-house staff.
• Enforcing safety, security and sanitation standards.
• Preparing kitchen areas to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensuring recipes and presentations meet Carrabba’s specifications.
• Managing staffing levels and shift assignments.
• Maintaining clean, organized kitchen and storage areas.
