Qualifications

• Three to five years leading kitchen teams in high-volume settings.
• Proven expertise in food safety, inventory management, and cost control.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop staff.

• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations during assigned shifts and manage schedule.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff for consistency and growth.
