Job summary

Three Forks Ranch is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager for River Rock Staff Dining. This on-site leadership role combines hands-on cooking with team supervision to deliver fresh, varied meals for employees.

You will manage menus, staffing, and costs while maintaining high safety and sanitation standards. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of culinary experience and 2+ years of kitchen leadership, with strong organization and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional culinary experience in high-quality foodservice.
• 2+ years of kitchen leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong hands-on cooking skills and ability to teach recipes across meals.
• Experience with menu implementation, ordering, inventory, food cost, and waste reduction.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and kitchen equipment cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Develop rotating menus and standard recipes with the Director of F&B.
• Cook and supervise breakfast, lunch, and dinner service to high standards.
• Lead, train, and schedule River Rock culinary team and dishwashing staff.
• Set expectations, provide feedback, and address performance concerns.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and food costs within budgets.
