Extreme Cleaning, Inc. is seeking a Lead Kitchen Hood Cleaning Technician to join our Rapid City team. You will lead a crew, manage job sites, and ensure every client receives a top-quality clean—on time, every time.

This full‑time role requires hood/exhaust cleaning experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lead a team. You’ll travel regionally, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs while maintaining NFPA 96 standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in hood/exhaust cleaning or related trade work.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Ability to lead a team and hold people accountable.
• Comfortable working evenings, nights, and some weekends.
• Able to climb ladders, access rooftops, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of technicians on commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning jobs.
• Power wash hoods, filters, ductwork, and rooftop fans to NFPA 96 standards.

We're looking for an experienced Lead Technician to join our Rapid City team. You'll run a crew, manage job sites, and make sure every client gets a top-quality clean - on time, every time.

What You'll Do

• Lead a crew of technicians on commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning jobs
• Power wash hoods, filters, ductwork, and rooftop fans to NFPA 96 standards
• Drive a company vehicle and manage equipment on job sites

What You Bring

• Prior experience in hood/exhaust cleaning, pressure washing, or related trade work
