Extreme Cleaning, Inc. is seeking a Lead Kitchen Hood Cleaning Technician to join our Iowa team. You will lead a crew on commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning projects, ensure quality work, and travel regionally with occasional overnight stays.

Starting pay is $22.00/hr and up based on experience, with overtime, bonuses, and full-time, year-round employment. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work evenings and some weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hood/exhaust cleaning or related trade work.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Ability to lead a team and hold people accountable.
• Comfortable working evenings, nights, and some weekends.
• Capable of climbing ladders, accessing rooftops, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• At least 18 years old.

• Power wash hoods, filters, ductwork, and rooftop fans to NFPA 96 standards.
