Extreme Cleaning, Inc. is seeking a Lead Kitchen Hood Cleaning Technician to join the Fargo team. You will lead a crew, oversee job sites, and ensure every client receives a top-quality clean on time.

The role involves cleaning hoods, filters, ductwork, and rooftop fans to NFPA 96 standards, driving company vehicles, and coordinating regional travel with occasional overnight stays. Strong leadership and safety mindset required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hood/exhaust cleaning, pressure washing, or related trade work.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Ability to lead a team and hold people accountable.
• Comfortable working evenings, nights, and some weekends.
• Able to climb ladders, access rooftops, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• At least 18 years old.

You'll run a crew, manage job sites, and make sure every client gets a top-quality clean — on time, every time.
