Cabinet IQ of Sarasota is seeking a Lead Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our fast-growing team. You will meet clients on-site, measure spaces, and design dream kitchens and baths using 2020 Design.

You will build relationships with remodelers and builders, manage multiple projects, and drive sales through excellent client service. We provide brand-new showroom, high-performance tools, and a supportive, structured environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of kitchen design and sales experience.
• Proficient in 2020 Design Software.
• Strong math, attention to detail, and communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and curate tailored design and product solutions.
• Meet clients on-site to take field measurements and design kitchens/baths using 2020 Design.
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and clients to maximize sales performance.
• Staff the showroom daily when not at appointments.
• Build relationships with remodelers, builders, and design professionals through local networking.
