Cabinet IQ is seeking an Experienced Sales Designer for Kitchen and Bath in Fort Myers, FL. You will meet clients on-site to take field measurements and translate needs into tailored design solutions using 2020 Design, guiding projects from concept to installation.

Join a fast-growing showroom environment with base pay plus commission (no cap), a Monday–Friday schedule, and a focus on client relationships, project accuracy, and professional presentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years kitchen design and sales experience.
• Proficient in 2020 Design.
• Strong math and organizational skills.
• Excellent client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and curate tailored design solutions.
• Meet clients on-site to take field measurements and design dream kitchens and baths using 2020 Design.
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and clients to maximize sales performance.
• Participate in company training and development programs.
• Staff the showroom daily (when not at appointments).
• Build relationships with remodelers, builders, and design professionals through local networking.
