Job summary

Cabinet IQ of Columbus is seeking an experienced Lead Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our Columbus showroom. You will design and sell kitchens and baths, meet clients on-site for measurements, and guide projects from concept to completion using 2020 Design.

You’ll build relationships with remodelers and design pros, collaborate with a team, and contribute to a fast-growing, high-energy showroom environment that values client satisfaction and creativity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in kitchen design and sales.
• Proficient with Design Flex / Design 2020.
• Outgoing, proactive, and professional demeanor.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Construction experience preferred but not required.
• Solid math and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Energetic, dependable, and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and curate tailored design and product solutions
• Meet clients on-site to take field measurements and design dream kitchens and baths using 2020 Design
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and clients to maximize sales performance
• Participate in company training and development programs
• Staff the showroom daily (when not at appointments)
• Build relationships with remodelers, builders, and design professionals through local networking
