Job summary

Cabinet IQ is seeking an Experienced Sales Designer for our Lincoln showroom to lead kitchen and bath design projects from concept to installation. You will translate client needs into tailored design solutions, present renderings, and coordinate with suppliers while ensuring a high-quality, 6-Star client experience.

Competitive base salary with commission, opportunity to work with a brand-new showroom, and strong CRM support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in kitchen design and sales.
• Ability to develop and present design concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and client-focused.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and curate tailored design solutions.
• Develop and present design concepts and renderings.
• Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and material specs.
• Communicate status of orders and projects to clients.
• Follow up on leads and quotations to drive sales.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Staff the showroom daily when not with clients.
• Build relationships with remodelers, builders, and designers.
