The role requires 5+ years in kitchen design and sales, proficiency with 2020 Design Software, and a proactive, professional demeanor. Base salary plus commissions, in a brand-new showroom environment, with strong CRM support and client-ready opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of kitchen design and sales experience.
• Proficient in 2020 Design Software.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and curate tailored design and product solutions.
• Develop and present design concepts and renderings.
• Create detailed plans, including floor plans, elevations, and material specifications.
• Communicate with clients on the status of all open orders and projects.
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and clients to maximize sales performance.
• Participate in company training and development programs.
• Staff the showroom daily (when not at client appointments).
• Build relationships with remodelers, builders, and design professionals through local networking.
