Cabinet IQ is seeking a Lead Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our Portsmouth showroom. You will meet clients on-site, take measurements, and design kitchens and baths using 2020 Design to help move projects forward.

Bring 5+ years of kitchen design and sales experience, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication. The role offers a base salary with commission and a collaborative, showroom-based environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of kitchen design and sales experience.
• Proficient in 2020 Design software preferred but not required.
• Outgoing, proactive, and professional demeanor.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and curate tailored design and product solutions.
• Meet clients on-site to take field measurements and design kitchens and baths using 2020 Design.
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and clients to maximize sales performance.
• Participate in company training and development programs.
• Staff the showroom daily (when not at appointments).
• Build relationships with remodelers, builders, and design professionals through local networking.
