Job summary

Cabinet IQ is seeking a Experienced Lead Kitchen & Bath Designer for our LaVista showroom in Nebraska. Join a fast-growing cabinet and countertop company with a 6-Star Experience focus and world-class systems.

You will meet clients on-site, measure spaces, and design dream kitchens and baths using 2020 Design, while building relationships with builders and designers to drive sales. This role offers base salary plus commission in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of kitchen design and sales experience.
• Proficient in 2020 Design Software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong math, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Outgoing, proactive, and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and curate tailored design solutions.
• Meet clients on-site to take field measurements and design kitchens/baths using 2020 Design.
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and clients to maximize sales.
• Staff the showroom daily when not at appointments.
• Build relationships with remodelers, builders, and design professionals via local networking.
