KidStrong Coaches are required to deliver high-energy, engaging classes that promote holistic growth for children aged walking through 11 years. You will foster a positive, growth-oriented environment for families and teammates, maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm throughout every session.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with children and families.
• Ability to lead high-energy, engaging classes with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Passion for child development, fitness, and education.
• Proven teamwork and collaboration skills within a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor and commitment to KidStrong’s mission and values.
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing class needs or schedules.
• Experience in coaching, teaching, or youth leadership (preferred but not required).
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-starter that just gets a job done.

• Ensure an exceptional experience for kids, families, and team members alike.
• Promote holistic growth and well-being for every child.
• Uphold KidStrong’s standards of professionalism, care, and consistency.
• Model the KidStrong culture through enthusiasm, empathy, and teamwork.
• Contribute to a safe, supportive, and motivating learning atmosphere.
• Train new coaches on class flow, curriculum, safety, and parent engagement.
• Provide real‑time coaching, feedback, and corrections to teammates.
• Ensure every coach is prepared, and performing at KidStrong standards.
• Support coaches in understanding the “why” behind the curriculum.
• Ensure classes start and end on time.
• Greet families before class.
• Celebrate wins and progress.
• Address concerns with professionalism and confidence.
• Build trust and rapport with parents.
• Support retention through strong family relationships
