Job summary

KidStrong is seeking passionate Coaches to deliver high-energy, engaging classes for children up to age 11. You will foster a positive, growth-oriented environment for families and students, while upholding professional standards and the KidStrong culture.

You will guide Brain, Physical, and Character development through an evolving curriculum, coaching up to 24 hours per week and creating positive interactions with parents and kids alike.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with children and families.
• Ability to lead high-energy, engaging classes with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Passion for child development, fitness, and education.
• Proven teamwork and collaboration skills within a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor and commitment to KidStrong’s mission and values.
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing class needs or schedules.
• Experience in coaching, teaching, or youth leadership (preferred but not required).
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
• Self-starter that just gets a job done

• Coach students by delivering an evolving curriculum that focuses on Brain, Physical, and Character development (~24 hours/week).
• Create positive interactions with students and families before, during, and after class.
• Maintain dynamic, fun, and motivated demeanor while leading the class.
