Responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy, engaging classes for kids aged walking to 11 years.
• Cultivate a positive, growth-oriented environment for all participants.
• Ensure an exceptional experience for kids, families, and team members.
• Lead and mentor fellow coaches; train on curriculum and safety.
• Maintain professionalism and consistent standards across all interactions.
• Use KS Coaches App to track attendance and progress, provide feedback.
• Ensure classes start and end on time and follow curriculum pace.
• Support camps and special events as required.
