• Minimum 2 years in kennel/boarding or veterinary setting.
• Supervisory or management experience.
• Knowledge of animal behavior and health indicators.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily kennel and boarding operations, scheduling, check-ins and check-outs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized boarding environment.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and evaluations.
• Coordinate with HR and Practice Management on staffing issues.
• Ensure vaccination requirements are met for boarding patients.
• Communicate with veterinary team on medical needs and monitoring.
• Promote grooming, training, and wellness services.
