Qualifications

Journeyman-level electrical experience required.
Leadership or directing crews preferred.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, troubleshooting and codes.

Responsibilities

Perform and oversee electrical installation, service, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs.
Lead and direct electricians, apprentices, and helpers.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, specs, and electrical drawings.
Coordinate daily work assignments, manpower, materials and priorities.
Ensure work meets safety, quality, and code requirements.
Monitor crew productivity and communicate progress to leadership.
Troubleshoot issues and assist with on-site challenges.
Train and support less experienced electricians and apprentices.
Maintain accurate job documentation and promote a safe work environment.
