You must be a licensed Journeyman with 5+ years of field experience, strong NEC knowledge, and the ability to read blueprints and electrical diagrams. Leadership experience and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Indiana Journeyman Electrician license is required
• 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience in the field
• Prior leadership or crew lead experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local electrical regulations
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical schematics
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electricians and apprentices on residential, commercial, or industrial job sites
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, panels, and equipment per NEC code
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
• Ensure all work meets local, state, and national electrical codes and safety standards
• Coordinate daily workflow, assign tasks, and monitor crew productivity
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues and implement effective solutions
• Communicate with project managers, contractors, and clients regarding project progress
