Engineered Structures, Inc. (ESI) is seeking a Lead Journeyman Electrician to oversee electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs with a strong focus on safety and quality.

The role requires leadership, coordination with project managers, and supervision of apprentices and journeymen on diverse projects. Candidates must hold a valid Journeyman Electrician license, have 5+ years of experience, and possess deep NEC knowledge.

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Electrician License (State-specific certification required).
• 5+ years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician (leadership experience preferred).
• Extensive knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local electrical codes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee electrical crews on commercial, industrial, and/or residential projects.
• Train, mentor, and oversee journeymen and apprentices, ensuring work quality and efficiency.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, fixtures, and circuit breakers.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams to ensure accurate installations.
