Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Lead Electrician to join our team at Park Electric in Hendersonville, NC. The ideal candidate will have experience leading electrical projects and a strong understanding of electrical systems and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and supervise a team of electricians in completing electrical projects.
2. Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in accordance with local and electrical codes.
3. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine wiring layouts.
4. Plan and coordinate electrical installations, including ordering materials and scheduling work.
5. Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions.
6. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
7. Train and mentor junior electricians.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Lead Electrician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, hand tools, and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with low voltage and high voltage systems.
• Knowledge of commercial electrical work and the Electrical Code (NEC).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership abilities and effective communication skills.
• Frame carpentry skills are a plus.
