Job summary

Vista is seeking a highly skilled Lead A&P Technician located in Bay City, WI, to support our FAA Part 145 Repair Station. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and technical expertise with specific experience on Citation 560/X, Challenger 300/350, and Bombardier Global series aircraft.

This role requires ensuring all maintenance activities meet FAA, manufacturer, and company standards while mentoring technicians. The position includes comprehensive health benefits and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of business jet maintenance experience.
• At least 3+ years of leadership experience in an aviation environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications.
• Ensure all work complies with FAA regulations and customer requirements.
• Direct and mentor technicians for safety and efficiency.
