Job summary

FlyUSA Inc. is seeking an A&P Maintenance Technician to maintain and inspect a fleet of corporate jets in Tampa, FL. The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and coordination with external providers to support operations.

The ideal candidate brings an FAA A&P certificate and 3–5+ years of Cessna Citation experience, with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently, including after-hours when needed.

Qualifications

Must hold FAA A&P certificate from an FAA‑approved program.
3–5+ years of experience on the Cessna Citation fleet (Cessna 500 series and/or CJ3).
Knowledge of FAR 135 regulations.
Proficiency with aircraft maintenance tracking systems CMP and CAMP.
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and inspections on corporate/business jets.
Manage maintenance tracking and coordinate with outside maintenance providers.
Ensure all work complies with Federal Aviation Regulations and company standards.
Maintain an efficient, professional work environment.
Be available for after‑hours and weekend work.
