Job summary

Strategic Support Solutions is seeking three qualified Aircraft Mechanics in Greenville, SC to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on civilian jet aircraft (Citation, Phenom, Beechcraft/Beechjet) in a fast-paced hangar environment.

You must hold a valid FAA A&P license, have hands-on line or heavy maintenance experience on the listed platforms, and be proficient with FAA regulations and logbook documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensing: Valid FAA A&P License (Required).
• Aircraft experience on Citation / Phenom / Beechjet platforms with hands-on maintenance.
• Knowledge of FAA regs (Part 91/145), FARs, ADs and SBs.
• Must possess a complete set of personal hand tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, manual dexterity, attention to detail and communication.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and inspections on civilian jet aircraft (Citation, Phenom, Beechjet) in compliance with FAA regulations and company standards.
• Conduct airframe structure inspections, engine performance checks, and system diagnostics (hydraulic, pneumatic, fuel, electrical).
• Complete FAA documentation, logbook entries, work orders and maintenance tracking logs promptly.
• Collaborate with team on first-shift jet crew to meet deadlines while maintaining airworthiness and safety.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and proper care of tools, test equipment and GSE.
• Assist in ordering parts and materials for ongoing maintenance projects.
