Synechron is hiring a Lead Software Engineer to supervise and develop software for key initiatives across multiple applications. You will work with line of business and architects, build prototypes, and create UML models to describe current and future states.

The role demands strong Java/Spring expertise, Angular development, and experience with RESTful services, Kafka, and large-scale distributed systems. A dynamic global team and cutting-edge projects await.

Qualifications

• Experience with Java, Spring Framework and SQL.
• Expert in Angular or Vue.js development.
• Strong OO design and Java programming skills.
• Experience with RESTful services using Spring/Spring Boot.
• Experience with Kafka, JUnit, and code analysis.
• Proficient in Oracle SQL/PLSQL and Cassandra DB.
• Familiarity with Agile SDLC and test-driven development.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate multi-team efforts.

Responsibilities
