Qualifications
- Advanced Java 11+ with Spring Boot
- Microservices architecture experience
- CI/CD and testing automation expertise
- Observability and monitoring experience
- Infrastructure as code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
- Container orchestration with Kubernetes
- Messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ) and databases
Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of scalable, high-performance Java services
- Define technical standards and reusable modules for multiple teams
- Implement observability, security and automated testing in distributed systems
- Conduct organizational code reviews, incident resolution and POC validation
- Mentor developers and promote best practices
- Optimize CI/CD, database and messaging integrations for resilience
- Act as technical reference for API, infrastructure and architecture decisions
