You will collaborate with stakeholders, mentor engineers, review code, and drive design patterns, security practices, and CI/CD. This role is 100% remote with flexible hours and competitive USD compensation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Java experience.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies.
• Deep knowledge of Design Patterns.
• Strong IT infrastructure knowledge.
• Experience in application security best practices.
• Proven track record in developing and integrating large-scale applications.
• Expertise in both back-end and front-end development.
• Experience leading client and stakeholder meetings.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
