JPMorganChase, within the Commercial & Investment Bank, is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join an agile team that builds trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, scalable manner. You will contribute technically across multiple areas and guide critical technology solutions aligned with business goals.

You will mentor engineers, implement Java/Spring Boot REST services, Kafka event streams, and CI/CD pipelines, while promoting responsible AI practices in a large corporate

Competenze

• Formal training or certification on Software Engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Proficient in coding in Java, Spring Boot, JPA, SQL, REST.
• Experience with event driven architecture using Kafka.
• Experience building RESTful backend applications (Spring Boot) and relational databases (Oracle).
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD e.g. Jenkins.
• Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing and operational stability.
• Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with modern programming languages.
• Experience leading effective use of approved AI-assisted software development tools and responsible AI practices.
