Job summary

Qualifications

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
Hands-on experience delivering design, development, testing, and operational stability.
Advanced Java server-side programming with Spring (Boot/MVC/Kafka).
Experience building high-throughput, low-latency 24/7 systems.
Experience with distributed technologies and SQL databases.
Experience using messaging systems (Kafka, JMS, RabbitMQ).
Experience with test automation and Git, plus AI-assisted development tools.
Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

Executes creative software solutions and design, solving complex problems.
Develops secure, high-quality production code and reviews peers.
Drives adoption of enterprise AI-assisted engineering practices to improve quality and speed.
Applies SDLC tools to enhance automation and value delivery.
Identifies opportunities to automate remediation for better stability.
Leads evaluation sessions with vendors and teams on architectures and applicability.
