Qualificações

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts with 5+ years applied experience.

Experience leading effective use of approved AI-assisted software development tools with validation of outputs.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and secure, resilient delivery practices.

Responsabilidades

Executes creative software solutions and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine.
Develops secure, high-quality production code and reviews code written by others.
Drives adoption of enterprise-approved AI-assisted engineering practices to improve quality and speed.
Applies SDLC tools, including AI-assisted development and automation capabilities.
Identifies opportunities to automate recurring issues to improve stability.
Leads evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams on architectural applicability.
