Qualifications

• 5+ years formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading AI-assisted software development tools with validation for correctness, performance, and security.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, data sensitivity, secure handling, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting.
• Drives adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes while establishing validation standards.
• Applies SDLC toolchain knowledge, including AI-assisted development and automation capabilities, to enhance automation value.
• Creates secure, high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that integrate with enterprise systems.
• Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensures design constraints are met in code.
• Proactively identifies hidden data patterns to drive improvements in coding hygiene and system architecture.
• Contributes to software engineering communities of practice and events exploring new technologies.
