Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Strong Java (17+) proficiency.
• Experience with Spring/Spring Boot.
• Solid OO design, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and backend services.
• SQL and relational databases knowledge (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL).
• Git and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in Agile development.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Required Qualifications

• Solid understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, and SOLID principles
• Experience building RESTful APIs and backend services
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL)
• Familiarity with Git and modern CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with microservices architecture
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of message queues / streaming platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cassandra)
