Qualifications

• Experience delivering design, development, testing, and ops.
• Advanced understanding of agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6-8 engineers focusing on Java and AWS technologies.
• Design, develop, and troubleshoot software solutions beyond routine approaches.
• Write secure, high-quality production code and review others' code.
• Identify opportunities to automate remediation for stability enhancements.
• Lead evaluation sessions with partners to validate architecture and tech fit.
• Foster communities of practice and promote diversity and inclusion.
