Job summary

Xylem Tree Experts is seeking a Jarraff Operator Foreperson to coordinate crews and equipment on job sites, trimming, pruning, and removing trees with bucket truck support.

You will oversee safety, assign tasks, ensure PPE, and communicate with property owners. Travel may be required for storm restoration work; a valid driver’s license is preferred and CPR/First Aid certification is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate qualifications of all positions on a crew.
• Must be able to follow verbal or written directives.
• Must be able to delegate work and take accountability for crew performance.
• Must understand drawings and symbols representing lines and voltages.
• Must have valid Driver's License and be able to drive a company vehicle.
• Must work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Direct crew members and manage equipment each day.
• Assign tasks to crew members and supervise performance.
• Plan and execute work safely and efficiently.
• Notify property owners of presence and obtain access permissions.
• Ensure PPE compliance and safe practices.
• Inspect completed work and report to customers.
