A Quality Facility Services is hiring a Latrobe Supervisor in the Pittsburgh, PA area. The role offers $21–$24 per hour based on experience, with hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. You will lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure service quality across sites.

This hands-on leadership position emphasizes team development, scheduling support, inventory management, and collaboration with the Account Manager to expand services and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members and ensure smooth daily operations
• Conduct quality checks to maintain service standards
• Train, support, and motivate team members
• Track labor hours and assist with scheduling and efficiency
• Manage inventory and place supply orders
• Communicate updates on schedules, procedures, and company policies
• Work closely with the Account Manager
• Step in to assist with coverage when needed
• Identify opportunities for additional services, including carpet cleaning, floor care, window cleaning, and more
