A Quality Facility Services in Greensburg, PA is seeking a dependable, motivated Part-Time Janitorial Supervisor to lead daily operations and oversee team performance in a hands-on leadership role.

You will train, support, and motivate staff, conduct quality checks, and manage scheduling and inventory while working closely with the Account Manager.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Conduct quality checks to maintain service standards.
• Train, support, and motivate team members.
• Track labor hours and assist with scheduling and efficiency.
• Manage inventory and place supply orders.
• Communicate updates on schedules, procedures, and company policies.
• Work closely with the Account Manager.
• Step in to assist with coverage when needed.
• Identify opportunities for additional services (carpet cleaning, floor care, window cleaning, etc.).

Shift:3:00 PM–11:30 PM
Schedule:Monday–Friday, with weekends as needed
Pay:$21.00–$24.00/hour
