• Correct quality issues and ensure standards are met.
• Ensure staff have supplies and equipment before starting shift.
• Monitor inventory and control waste.
• Track labor hours and stay within budget.
• Address employee and client concerns promptly.
• Perform hands-on janitorial work when needed.
